Urban Bible Training Center
Effective March 14, 2011, Chicagoland's Ministerial Alliance was approved by Global University (www.globaluniversity.edu) as an Urban Bible Training Center in the City of Chicago, IL. As of February 27, 2012, we are able to offer and facilitate Accredited Undergraduate Biblical Academic Programs for Christians who are called to enter the Christian Academic Process.
The Urban Bible Training Center (UBTC) program is a cooperative effort of the Berean School of the Bible and the Assemblies of God U.S. Missions. Urban Bible Training Center courses are designed as an educational program for area Church members & leaders who are already involved in ministry in their Churches.
Urban Bible Training Center classes are led by approved facilitators and each student is assigned an approved mentor. All enrollments are handled by a local record keeper. Students who complete Level 1 (as listed below) will get a Level One Ministerial Certificate. Students who complete Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 classes and participate in local ministry and mentoring as monitored by their local UBTC are awarded a Berean School of the Bible Diploma in Ministerial Studies.
Students who complete the UBTC program are expected to possess the necessary Bible knowledge, ministry skills, and spiritual character to minister in any Local Church and community setting.
